PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:me
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



i am running windows me and i am unable to acctivate anything from the control panel error message reads

windows is unable to access the specified path or file you may not have the permission to access them

i need to disable sysyem restore to completly delete a trojan virus

please help

Hi,

In Windows ME:
Go to Start > Run > type 'c:\windows\system\Restore\rstrui.exe' (no quotes)

For reference, in Windows XP:
Go to Start > Run > type 'c:\windows\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe' (no quotes)
