Are you sure its not a Messenger window. If it is go Control Panel-Admin Tools and look for "Messenger" in the list and disable it.

No it's not a messenger window It says google Internet explorer on the top.
Also I left my computer for an hour and came back to 32 update windows for my antivirus. Is there any way I can delete internet explorer and reload it. Do I download it or get it off my xp disk?
Would you delete  the antivirus and reload it too?

You can delete IE6 but you will need another from the web or a magazine disc. This site will see you through it. http://www.theeldergeek.com/repair_reinstall_ie_and_oe_6.htm

I tried to delete it last night and I kept getting a window that said there was another person or program using explorer and it could not remove it! Now what do I do?

All you can do is to make sure all of IE is shut down and nothing in the tray or do it in Safe Mode.
