Operating System Version: window XP
Problem Application Name & Version: task manager
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

I have a huge number of programs under the processes tab on my task manager and I have no clue of what they are. my computer is runing a little slow and its also starting slowly so I was wondering if you guys could help me out be telling me if you know which of those are trash and which are needed. Here's the list

I don't recognize all entries and some look "fishy". Do you have a spyware remover tools installed? If not try running Ad-Adware, see
