No OS yet, new build and cannot use floppy to load tools from.Sad
First I get this message when I turn on the PC.
PXE-E61-----Check Cable. I have checked the cable I think it is (
the red, white and black one that goes to the DVD and mobo.)
And the second is Floppy boot failure (insert disk and click enter) when I do  this I can hear the floppy and the screen changes but all I get is the sm. line on the top left hand corner. There is only one way to put the cable on the mobo because of the notches and as far as the floppy itself if you put it in wrong the light lets you know by staying on. Right? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I unseated all the plugs and reseated everything. Started right up. Checked bios and everything was alright. I installed win98 SE and am now in the process of doing all the updates and upgrades. I'm sure my granddaughter will love this PC. It's a pretty fast machine.
Thank you for your help.
