Operating System Version:windows xp
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

I can't open secure pages. I've been through all the step-by-step guides on aol help but still no joy. I then had an error message about enabling cookies so I went through the security tab and custom level but cookies isn't on there. I'm sure it used to be but it's gone now. Any ideas how I get it back?

Check under the Advanced tab and see if SSL 2.0 and 3.0 are ticked. If you have a pop-up stopper disable it as this can sometimes be a cause.Setting the Security to default should give you normal cookie control.

Thanks I've done that but I still can't view secure pages. Perhaps it's nothing to do with my cookies.
