Hi.
ive just bought a new pc compaq presario with xp pre-loaded.
i just hate xp and would like to downgrade to win me.
will my processer amd athalon xp be ok or will i need new drivers, also same with dvd-rw, will i need new drivers.

No you can downgrade it ok.No problem but you may have to reinstall some drivers if you do a full format.Just a point to remember that ME will no longer be supported by Microsoft next year.
