Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:Wiondows XP
Problem Hardware Make & Model: e machines
Error Messages: The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I am not sure of the other details that you are asking above. I have been using msn explorer and hotmail for several years now and on this pc for almost a year- suddenly I cannot access my email anymore - it gives me the above message. I have recently updated norton anti virus and do not have any firewall installed- the version of AV is Norton antivirus 2000- Help!!

Have you tried to get to the site without Nortons running.

Hi Thanks. But that doesn't work either- I was asked to delete my temporary internet files and some of them just dont get deleted!!

Also, the microsoft update page asks me to do some really complicated stuff in response to an error message that i get on Active controls being too high or some such. Help!!
