PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Win 98 (first Ed.)
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Compaq
Error Messages:Acces to the specified device, path, or file is denied.

Ok, from what I've read on the WORM_KWBOT.C is that it allows users to toggle your settings. I'm not quite sure what's going on with my computer but whenever i try opening AIM, Counter Strike, MSN, and basically any other .exe it first looks like it's going to load, but stops, no error messages or anything, but the file looks like someone went into the properties and checked hidden after it's been double clicked. The only program I've successfully opened is Winamp, but i opened it by going to an .Mp3 file and clicking it, no other programs will open. So if anyone can help that would be great.

Did you have a virus? Did you remove a virus? Exe settings may have become
corrupt in registry. Try downloading and running the .exe fix
from this site. http://home.earthlink.net/~rmbox/Reticulated/Toys.html

I just read your post a little closer:)
Did you manually delete the registry settings or look to see if all
are deleted. Warning be careful in the registry, if you don't follow
the instructions from the link carefully you could really mess up your
computer. With that said, I frequently edit my registry. But you are
forwarned!
