Hi!!!
the drivers did work under Windows..however...the sound still doesnt work and I am putting my hands down and diagnosing it as a physical problem with the jacks on the phone card itself.....after downloading over 10 different driver sets for this card I have came to my original conclusion....IT MUST BE THE JACKS ITSELF.....

Oh well....

Iver ordered a pci soundcard that should work just fine!!
Thanks for all your help guys!!

Hi SR,
Run this diagnostic for your sound card & post back if it found anything.
Click start>run, when the window opens, key in "dxdiag" without the quotes & hit enter. Then click the sound tab at the top. It'll tell you in "notes" if there's a problem. Then you can click "Test DirectSound" & follow the prompts.
Take care.

Yeah...
I have already done that....everything is fine...i have checked everything everywhere even tested cables, my stereo, different settings, different operating systems...but i have nothing...

As I mentioned earlier...i think it is a physical problem with the jack...like the connections arent good....

Itll cost more to fix it then to buy a new card...so i dont mind!!1

itll put my mind at rest!!!

Thanks for the help Sandy!!!
