PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

When I start up I get a window called dust.exe pops up for an instant.Its a black screen with nothing written in it. After a search, it is Located in c:\windows and is 89.1mb.  What is it  and should I delete it?

It's a virus..  w32/duster

Run a virus scan,  i know Grisofts AVG virus scanner can find it and actually clean it.
