what is the file format a mobile ring tone carry
means wht is the file extention of mobile ring tone
one more thing i want to ask of that perticular extention from where i can get more knowledge means you know wht i mean ............

dear friends i had download some polyphonic rings tone and the extentions is simply MP3
now could any one tell me how to convert the mp3 simple files into th polyphonic ringtones
there are a program that converts the mp3 to wav format but i want a mp3 to mp3 (ringtone)

There are trial programs out there.... here's the URL of one which I have registered and used myself. It will convert your MP3s to MMF extensions which do work with mobile phones but I'm not sure which ones. Try the free download and see.
