I keep getting "Run-time error '7': Out of memory"
Operating System Version:Windows XP (HE)2002 (SP1 version updated)

I am using a Sony Vaio, 2.4 Gig (pentium 4), 480 megs Ram, 100 gig HD...I just formatted the entire hard drive and have almost all the hard drive memory available.  I am trying to (re)install Inbox Cop (a spam program) and at the end of the install, I immediately receive the error message "run-time error '7': out of memory".  I have had the program running just fine on my computer in the past...so why now am I getting this message.

If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated.  It is quite frustrating.  Thanks!

This is a sample of a Knowledge-Base document from Microsoft I downloaded some time ago.  If you are running windows XP, it might be a little different - XP is supposed to be better at handling memory, but then again who knows? "Out of Memory" Error Messages with Large Amounts of RAM Installed
SYMPTOMS
If a computer that is running any of the versions of Windows that are listed above contains more than 512 megabytes (for example, 768 megabytes) of physical memory (RAM), you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
