Hi,
I want to buy an external storage device with no external power supply and plugs into the usb port. This is for carrying large files back and forth from class. I don't need the biggest and best, what are my options? Should I get an external harddrive? What do you recommend?
Thanks,
Cat

I personally like the thumb drives

http://www.soyousa.com/products/select.php?producttype=USB%20Device

they get their power from the usb port and come in different sizes and if used on a system with windows xp they dont need drivers installed as xp has them already I have been using these for the last two years and they work great
