PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: XP
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:
According to HP, my chipset is 845g. Their support page states that any Pavilions that are NOT i815 chipset need the jumper settings or BIOS changed to add a new card (GeForce 64mb, AGP). Now, when I went in to double-check the instructions on how to add the card in XP for my particular model, it didn't mention any changes that needed to be made on the motherboard or in BIOS. I'm getting conflicting messages from HP. Any clues? Thanks!
