Are you running win98, ME, XP, 2000? If you click Details when you get the error message you may get more information that might help in fixing the problem.

Hi,

Here is the url:
http://www.mytechsupport.ca/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=42&topic=2797

Run a spyware remover to make sure the problem is not related to that:

Hi,

From what I can tell, this file is part of some spyware you had.

Simply remove the entry from the registry.

IMPORTANT: Be very careful what you do in regedit because changes are instant, there is no SAVE options or UNDO!

1. Start > Run > Regedit
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
3. Find the entry containing sys.reg and delete it.
