WARNING MESSAGE on start up again?
smart failure predicted on primary master:WDCWD1200BB-22CAAL
I guess this means my 2nd hard drive(western digital) is about to fail like the (Maxtor)Original? i have only had this new hdd for 4 months and used only 8gb hdd space out of the 120gb.?
Why is my computer killing the Hard disc drives?
Where can i get a hdd information remover, or killdisc ??
how can i prevent this happening again?Huh?

Cheers

Disable hdd s.m.a.r.t. in the bios and see if you are still getting the WARNING MESSAGE on start up again.

You might want to check out http://support.wdc.com/download/ and some of their Diagnostic Utilities.

cheers sixpac
s.m.a.r.t. was disabled when checked .
Downloaded the diagnostic software from http://support.wdc.com/download/ and ran tests. found error with attributes below threshold , RE-ALLOCATED SECTOR COUNT , value 115 threshold 140 .
Not sure what this means?
also instructed to contact  tech support at WD.
