Error Messages:computer rebooted from bugcheck

After login my pc will sometimes reboot several times and then display the window indicating that the machine has recovered from a serious error. The event log shows both a Event ID of 1001 and 1003 and say that the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The error code is 0x0000000a parameter 1 (00000004),p2 (00000002),p3 (00000000),p4 (804e0184). The error rpt also shows a mini.dmp and a sysdata.xml file. I ran the mini.dmp against the dumpchk.exe and can provide the output if anyone can help.
