Operating System Version:xp
Problem Application Name & Version:?
Problem Hardware Make & Model:dell dimension4550
Error Messages:page cannot be found

I use qwest dsl with msn premium and i need to sign into .NET passport to use the services I pay for. Until recently I could sign in, no problem.  Now i cant. I can browse the www just fine, even secured sites but I get "page cannot be found" when try to sign in on my msn accts.  I can sign in using my old hotmail acct. but not my msn acct..  I have tried qwest support, msn supprt and dell support. they have tried decreasing my security and firewalls to uninstalling and re-installing and system restore. now I cant bring up msn explorer, all i get is a light blue screen/window. The last suggestion was to back up my files and re-load my operating system. Any help for this newbie would be appreciated.
