PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:XP PRO
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



I formated my hard drive and installed a new opy of XP Pro
However, there is no sound. Also the graphics curve in at each corner and do not fit the screen at 90 degrees.

Rightho.
I reckon it's thre drivers.

My comp. will not tell me who made them tho. How can I find out?

have you installed the drivers for your graphics card yet? how about the monitor? also check the settings on the monitor via the little buttons on the front if it has any and see if you can adjust it there to make it fit the screen...download a program called aida32

http://www.aida32.hu/aida32-download.php  it will tell you who made your soundcard and a whole lot more I have also uploaded a .zip file for you called unknown device identifier it will also tell you all your devices connected to your pc and works very well and by right clicking on a device it will give you and option to backup and find drivers for your devices such as soundcard,keyboard,and so on
