I've just received an Alienware PC (componants below),and my mission now is to quieten it down a bit ... looking inside there are 9 fans that must be making most (if not all) of the noise ...

2 @ front (inflow)
2 @ rear (outflow)
1 @ side (outflow)
2 @ PSU
1 @ Graphics card
1 @ Processor

To quieten it down, I'm thinking of replacing the 5 case fans with some silent fans (I've found these that I'm thinking about - SilenX 80mm 9 dBA Fan at and maybe lining the case with some kind of sound dampening material.

Although the dBA seems nice and low on these fans, I have no idea whether the 15 CFM airflow is enough for my system .. Do any of you guys know how I can check, or whether these fans would provide adequate airflow through the case to keep everything ticking along (I'm not confident enough really to start fiddling with the fans on the graphics card, PSU or processor - at this point I also don't really want to replace the PSU which I guess is going to be one of the noiser componants)

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I really need to get the thing running more quietly if I can. Full list of componants that I guess need to be cooled somehow below:

PSU: 420 Watt PSU
Processor: Pentium 4 3.2 GHz
Motherboard: Intel
