Windows XP Home Edition
Word 2002
I have a patient information form that I am wanting to scan into my system (Word 2002) and then type in the information on the lines that are already in the document and then print it out.  Could you please tell me how to do this.  I am running Windows XP Home Edition.  Here is a copy of my document.  Thanks for all of your help and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
