I need to see the running processes

Download 'Hijack This!'(not into a temp folder) Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, Check for updates first by clicking the config then tools buttons. and hit "Scan".
When the scan is finished, click "Save Log", and copy and paste it in a reply.

Here are a few download sites...
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3155
http://www.sherrylynn.us/HijackThis.exe
It will show what's running on your computer...

Run it again, make sure all other programes are closed down and then remove  O2 - BHO: (no name) - {f760cb9e-c60f-4a89-890e-fae8b849493e} - C:\WINDOWS\madise.dll This is ad ware.
and O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

Every thing else looks ok but I am nerver to happy with ebay and Real tool bars but they should pose no threat.I cant find any reference to C:\WINDOWS\System32\tmadma.exe so I have no idea what that is.

I can't find any info on it either, could you please navigate to
C:\WINDOWS\System32\tmadma.exe---right click on it or do a search for it and see what info you can find.. If you don't know what it is you should possibly do a Virus scan. Here is one you can do online
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

You should also visit Windows Update and get all latest critical update for security reasons

Could you also move Hijackthis out of the temp folder and create a permanent folder on your hard drive..
EG...Right click on desktop---left click New---Folder--name it HJT
hijackthis makes backups of everything removed....
Post back with a Fresh Hijackthis log:)

Hi there:

All the former suggestions sound like a good start. If they don't help, you might want to try disabling the windows update service
that is running in the background.

Should be in Control Panel->Automatic Updates->
Disable check box entitled: "Keep my computer up to date..."

Let us know how it turns out.
