Well, yes...and no. I think somehow it would be  alot of work to check every e-mail that came into your acct. Especially if you get a lot of spam.

You didn't describe your operating system or e-mail application.

If you're using Outlook in Windows, you can right click any e-mail you received and click properties. You can then go through the mail header, step-by-step (a tedious process) to get what you want.

Here is a good tutorial with examples:
http://www.usus.org/elements/tracing.htm

There are some commercial software packages that allow you to trace your e-mail. For my clients, I usually recommend E-mail Tracker Pro, from Visual Ware.

Hope this helps.

Ahhhh... I see...you're interested in seeing if someone is eavesdropping on your e-mail account.

Well, theoretically, it's possible, but I can't see any way of doing so without speaking to your ISP about it. Why don't you just phone them?  Do you have evidence that this is the case? Because if you do, criminal charges can be laid. It is a criminal offence.

I think shplad is psychic! Shocked

There must have been some serious editing going on in this thread, I don't see anything except shplad's posts.

Seems like ssprout8 edited his/her post (and removed the contents) after having received the two replies from shplad!
