If you think you may have a virus, do a scan at RAV and set it to automatically clean anything it finds.

Please post back when you are done.

RAV is a free virus scanner.  It can detect and remove viruses from your computer.  Your AV may have been corrupted by any viruses that are on your machine.

How are you getting these viruses and how do they keep coming back?  Are you keeping your AV up to date?

Your first step it to make sure you get the viruses off of your computer.  Then I would uninstall and reinstall your AV because it is more than likely corrupt at this point.  Also, if you don't have one, install a good firewall.  Zone Alarm is highly recommended & free.

Hi Kam,
If you do have a virus or had a virus,i'd bet dollars to donuts that your computer is also infected with spyware.Download & install spybot.

Make sure you update & immunize before running it.Also download & run "pestpatrol" & see if that finds anything.

Do as Diz suggests & install "zone alarm".A firewall is a must.
Take care.
