Can i receive some tips to read parts using a ohmmeter? Beacuse I have a
ohmmeter in my house, I can't figure it out and Iam not sure to test if that is shorted or damaged.

Hi SB,
Please listen to me.I've been a tv tech for over 30 years.Don't open the monitor to try & fix it.You must know what you're doing. You just can't open it up & start testing components. You have to be real careful. For one thing, when the set is on,there's 25,000 volts going to the crt.Even when the set is off,the crt maintains that voltage for days. You also have to know how the check all the components & where to look. You also need to know how to read a schematic diagram.
Take care.
