How can i find a best CPU Tweak and optimizer to increase the speed of my computer?
I appriciate that concern thanks!!!!!! a lot
MY computer is DELL computer of windows 98 SE, CPU clock is 76mhz, 16 mb of ram, video card is s3 trio 32/64 (732/764). I need to do this,beacuse i can't afford a new computer, I have no money to buy it so please anybody could help me thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have been running Win98 for many years, something a complete re-install (of Windows 98) is the best tweak!
