I really hope someone can help me out here...
Everything on my desktop works fine except for the control panel. I can actually access the control panel but when I try to access any other "program" (ex. add/remove programs), it shows the hour glass and then nothing. This happens for all "programs" in the control panel..I tried a cw... thing that i found another post for but that didnt seem to do anything. I do not have the win98 install disks or anything.
Thank you to anyone that can help me out

Check out "CWS.Control" in
you may will have to run "Hijack This" to see if you have the listed files.
