i have celeron 1.7ghz with winXP os.
sometimes (i dont know what triggers it), my PC stops booting at one go.
when i push the start button, following sequence happens:
 - the green light glows (comp on led)
 - the keyboard lights flash (as normal) momentarily
 - no beep at all
 - monitor goes on momentarily and then goes off
 - then after about 5-7 secs, a reset-sort happens, green light goes off and goen on again and still no beeps
 - monitor still off
then no matter what i do, nothin happens. i would result.
Then if left for a while (say 5 mins), & then restarted it beeps normally and goes to BIOS and says:
"your system hung for improper frequency combination during last bootup...setup proper freq combination."
i go & check that freq combination is perfect...i exit restarts normally & works normally....till to repeat it next day.

just to mention, i also have installed a TV tuner card + its software.
that may be some reason.
pls help
