My antivirus picked up 10 viruses on my laptop and fixed them all.  Then my virus scan real protection found the trojan listed below, so I ran my antivirus and it cant find the virus,  but this message still comes up at least 5 times a day.

PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP: Home Edition
Problem Application Name & Version:  
Problem Hardware Make & Model: Toshiba Satellite, I dont know the model number.
Error Messages: See attached image.

Hi Franky, Anti-virus software can't touch system restore folder.
The best thing to do is Disable system restore and restart your computer
This is what I usually recommend
Update your virus defs.
Disable system restore
Restart your computer
Do another virus scan and then enable system restore.

You can even try entering eTrust's vault or quarantine area and try deleting the reference after restart.
