PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version: USB 2.0
Problem Hardware Make & Model: Samsung USB Pen Drive 128MB
Error Messages: Please insert a disk into drive D:\

I have got a USB Pen Drive 128MB and during the 6 weeks it worked fine. Was very useful as I was backing up information from one computer to another.
There is something wrong with it now and I can't seem to explore the Pen Drive no more, it says: Please insert a disk into drive D:\.. I tried it on my laptop too and it came up the same message. I then opened up properties and it said that the data type was RAW and contained no information.

I hope you can help me sort out this problem..

Many thanks
Kevin

D:\ is my removal drive location and not my other drive.
