Hey Fluffy:

It sounds like either you don't have enough RAM in the machine (how much do you have?) Or perhaps your Internet Explorer files are damaged/corrupted.  Then again, Windows ME is known amongst us techie types for being a bit of a nightmare to deal with.

Is your Internet Explorer the original version you got with Windows ME?
If it's not, try repairing it by:

Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs-->Highlight Internet Explorer, Click Change/Remove, Click Repair Internet Explorer.

How much hard drive space is there left on the machine? Do your run Disk Cleanup and defragment regularly?

Let us know how you make out
