Try this sixis.

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries
and then fix checked....

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2894F03C-271A-4CD3-A943-79F88CF4699E} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {E0E899AB-F487-11D5-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - (no file)

Restart your computer in safe mode
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001060608000039?OpenDocument&ExpandSection=4#_Section4
and find and delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmki.dll <---- this file
It may have hidden attributes or may no longer be there.
Here's how to show hidden files and folders
Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Restart your computer and post back how your doing, a Fresh hijackthis
log would be nice also....
If this doesn't work could you ensure that CWShredder is uptodate
and then Restart in Safe Mode and try running it again

Be sure to start in safe mode and try deleting the file
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001060608000039

If that doesn't work we will try other means

Looking Good Sixis
I would still optionally get rid of these two
