PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP pro
Problem Application Name & Version: Printer does not print graphics
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Epson stylus colour 600
Error Messages:

I have an Epson stylus 600 printer which has been working fine in XP until now, it is now printing just code characters . I also have a laser printer (Brother HL6) which prints ok on this computer. The Epson prints ok on another computer. I suspected corrupt drivers so I removed all printers from the OS, I went into the registry and removed, I removed the files from the system32/spool folder too. I then reinstalled the printers, The laser works ok but the Epson still prints rubbish for the test page.
I am out of ideas, can any one help?

Fintan:

How do you have the printers hooked up? do you have a switchbox or similar?
Did you remember to switch output to the other printer driver when you tried
to print to the Epson?  Are you printing from Windows or an application? Exactly where did you click on print?

Printer is connected to computer as required. I connect the Epaon or the Laser direct to the parallel port with the same printer cable. I have tried rebooting after connecting the printer but no good.
