Theres is no such tweakUI on my windows in the control panel , where can i get that?

Go to Microsoft's web page and search for TweakUi.  Once you've got it downloaded, open up the folder and you'll find an .inf file - probably several, as I recall.  When you right-click on the .inf file you'll see a drop-down menu. (An .inf file is a notepad document that contains script with installation instructions for your computer.  You don't need to open it up, just right-click as I said.)  Then click on "Install."  The pgm will set itself up on your desktop and you can start using various features that, especially in Windows 98SE, will help you get your comupter better organized and running better, if you make some of those suggested changes.  Just make sure you are reasonably literate with Windows 98.  Have any problem, let me know.  Good luck.
