Msimn error with outlook express

PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:Microsoft Outlook Express 5
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:Msimn error illegal operation, will be shut down.
Get this message every time I try to delete mail from Outlook Express.
