I'm using IE 6.0 on windows xp.  I am having a problem with organizing my Favorites folder.  After I organize it, close IE then reopen it everything goes back to the unorganized way it was originally created.  I'm not sure when this problem started.  I did make a registry change to remove the links folder and also installed spybot s & d.  Spybot does have a feature that locks down IE so no changes can be made and I was using this option for a while.  I changed spybot's settings to allow changes to IE and even uninstalled spybot, but still cant keep my favorites folder organized.  This problem is driving me nuts and I cant figure out how to fix it.

Can you be more specifica about "arranging favorites"?

What did you do exactly, alphabetize? Move? Add? Delete?

From which menu/dialog box?
