Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Can anyone please help me, this problem has done my head in, no one i know can help. I try to access websites like or but when these windows should start loading up they close automatically. I used to be able to view these windows but all of a sudden they close automatically. I have java based programmes it might be my internet settings or something but i can anyone come up with a solution, can anyone help?

Hiya and welcome

Can the Java programs work okay?

Lets see if this helps:

Go to Control panel | Internet Options. General tab.
Under Delete Files, delete offline content.

Then, Security tab. Make sure the drop down menu is on Medium, Reset, Yes. if its already on Medium, reset anyway.

Then, Advanced tab. Under Browsing, tick Disable Scrpt Debugging.
Underneath is Always Display a Notification...Untick.
Under Security, tick Empty Tempory Internet...

Apply and Ok.

Does that help?
