Hi SB,

Welcome to My Tech Support.

I can't find anything on "fallinxstar" either - is that the way it was spelled?

Try this out and see if it helps anything.  Go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options and click on the Programs tab.  Down at the bottom, put a check mark in "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" then click Apply | OK.

Now click on a link in an email & post back with what happens.

Outlook Express shouldn't be your default browser, that isn't possible. Smiley  It should be Internet Explorer.

Run a scan at RAV (free online virus scan) and set it to automatically remove anything it finds.  Please post back when you are done and let us know what happened.

Thanks for the info.  I ran the RAV AntiVirus scan.  It found two infected files but neither of them had anything to do with fallinxstar.  However, now I'm worried because two of the infected files listed had(fun detective(Your Visa Approval Confirmation) in the middle of the file name or file path or what ever you call it.  I hope my credit has not been compromised.  Anyway, another virus scan called Pest Patrol was suggested to me so I'll try it.  Thanks again for your help;D
