Error Messages:

I'm hoping someone can give me a hand with this problem.  I'm sorry if this has been posted before, I am new to the site, but I did check through Search and couldn't find any matches.  So here goes....

When using Incredimail lately, I have received a few e-mails (junk or spam), they are not from anyone I recognize, the subject line is blank.  Every time I try to open, preview or even delete these emails, the whole program freezes.  I am left with the cursor in an hour glass waiting mode.....and it never does complete the action.  I end up having to Alt + Ctrl + Del to shut down Incredimail.  In fact I have to do this at least twice in order to shut it down as it continues to state that the program is not responding.  This happened to me before and I was stuck with this e-mail for months, then all of a sudden one time that I was deleting an e-mail above it I used the delete key on the key board and it actually deleted it also.  Unfortunately, this time that has not worked and now I am stuck with 3 different e-mails like this.  Its a hassle every time I need to delete an e-mail above or below these e-mails, because it moves on to these e-mails next and the program jams up immediately as soon as one of them becomes highlighted.Angry
Any ideas are appreciated, thanks for any help given. Grin

I would save all my addresses and then uninstall it, reboot and reinstall it.
