We can try and help...
Could you please supply us with a Hijackthis log
Create a Permanent folder on your hard drive

EG... Open MyDocuments-----Right click an empty spot and Select New---Folder---name that new folder HJT
Save hijackthis to that new folder ( backups will be stored there)

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe

Open Hijackthis------Do a SCAN---Scan will change to Save log
Copy and paste the WHOLE log here, thanx

Let's try this

Set Windows to Show hidden files and folders

Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Are you running thru a proxy---this line concerns me
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet

Settings,ProxyServer = 127.0.0.1:8088

Can you navigate to your Internet options via Control panel
Under the connections tab --- Lan settings this is where you find your proxy settings
You can uncheck the boxes after writing down all settings, including the Advanced options in case you must restore these...
After you OK that could you next click on the Advanced tab under Internet Properties
Find this box and uncheck it
[ ] Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections

Download and install Adaware 6
http://www.google.ca/search?q=Adaware+free&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

Do another scan with hijackthis and put a check next to these entries and then Fix Checked after ALL other windows are closed (including this one)

Restart your computer in Safe Mode
Find and delete this file if it exists---do a search for in on your computer
c:\searchpage.html

Do one more scan with Hijackthis in Safe Mode and remove any entries
if found that were mentioned above......
RESTART back in Normal mode---Don't open a browser yet, instead
Open Ad-aware (Check for Updates) this is important
After updating set these options

Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Scanning Engine:
check: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Cleaning Engine:
Check: "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."

Press "Scan Now"

- Check option "Use Custom scanning options"
- Check option "Activate In-Depth Scan"
- Press "Select drives\folders to scan"
- Select the active partition which is usually C:

Now press "Next" to let Ad-aware scan your drives...
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys.
Right-click in that pane and choose "select all"

Now press "Next" again.
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.

ok..
during this part:
Can you navigate to your Internet options via Control panel
Under the connections tab --- Lan settings this is where you find your proxy settings
You can uncheck the boxes after writing down all settings, including the Advanced options in case you must restore these...
After you OK that could you next click on the Advanced tab under Internet Properties
Find this box and uncheck it
[ ] Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections

In the lan settings, the checked box was automatically detect settings.
And also, the "[ ] Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" was already unchecked. What should i do? thanks.

Looking a lot better now

How is everything going?
I would install SpywareBlaster. Helps to prevent spyware from being installed on your computer.
Save it to disk---Install----Check for updates---Enable all protection
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

Optionally you can save of system startup time and resources
by doing another SCAN with Hijackthis and put a check next to these
entries and then fix checked

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe -osboot
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

They have a tendency of returning so you might want to use tasklists site to track down other workarounds to disable unneeded startup programs on system startup.
P.S. You don't need the ultimate troubleshooter

http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm

If you are still having problems could you post back with a Fresh
Hijackthis log after you have enabled ALL disabled programs in
MSCONFIG. Just to make sure that no other spyware or malware is hiding on your computer.

Another free Spyware Checker I like to recommend is Spybot 1.3
Save it----Install it----Search for Updates------Check for Problems---Fix everything in RED
http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download
It also has an immunize feature to help block spyware from being installed in the first place.

One more download I forgot to supply.. To be on the safe side could you also download CWShredder......
With CWShredder open and ALL other windows closed let CW fix all problems
RESTART your computer

Hi again Stunna. Could you do as I recommended earlier and enable all
programs in msconfig.......

Start----Run----type in "msconfig" without the quotes, Click OK
Under the General tab select Normal Startup
RESTART your computer and post back with a Fresh Hijackthis log
