PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:xp
Problem Application Name & Version:?
Problem Hardware Make & Model:?
Error Messages:



after about 5 minuites of windows starting it shuts down.
when restarted it says windows has encountered a serious error and was shut down.it then seems to be ok any ideas.

run a virus scan and scan disk and defragmenter because i had this before and after i had done these it was fine ok

u hv a virus. run virus scan. it is a worm but u can run virus scan and fix the problem.
