Huh?

Win XP apparently does not store images/graphics in the "Temp Internet Files" folder. When I visit image/graphic intense websites, such as WinCustomize or Customize Org to download the latest desktop wallpapers, in previous Win versions I would open an image if I was interested in it, close it then move on to the next one, later I would go to the "Temp Internet Files" folder and retrieve the stored images - thereby saving a lot of time from having to save each image separately when opening them. On Win 98 and ME I had a "Win Search" saved with the exact criteria of what I was looking for in the temp folders. This is also useful when surfing through a lot of sites and not remembering later on which site you saw a particular graphic/image that you want. In this new XP I discovered that the image-icons in the temp folder(s) are only links to the original page (site) where the image resides, rather than the image itself - that suks!  I already know that in XP there are several places where the "Temp Internet Files" are, such as "Documents-Settings" all users, default user, admin, local settings/temp files... etc.  I have checked everywhere and in every folder/temp folder, nuthin! Is there any way to config this XP to save the images/graphics in the temp folder?  Thanx!  Jay Smiley
