Operating System Version:WINDOWS XP Professional
Problem Application Name & Version:kbdarme.exe
Problem Hardware Make & Model:eMachines eTower 733i
Error Messages:kbdarme.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x77121610" referenced memory at "0x0177a258". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

The above message pops-up every 2-3 min no matter what applications I am running. It appears even if no programs are running but just the computer is on. Nothing changes when I click OK. If I do not click OK they keep poping up one on toop of another. Then I have to click many times OK to get rid of them. I am not sure if it affects the performance of the PC-it doesen't seem so.
Any help deeply appreciated.
I will try to attach the pop up and the task manager windows-it is my first post here...
Thanx again
