Please make a folder for Hijackthis or backups will be spread all
over your desktop
Right click an empty spot on your desktop-----select NEW---Folder--
Name the new folder HJT-----copy and paste hijackthis into that new
folder than delete the original

Set Windows to show hidden Files and Folders

Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries and then Fix Checked when ALL other
windows are closed (including this one)

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,SearchURL = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = c:\searchpage.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = c:\searchpage.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,Search = c:\searchpage.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,Search = c:\searchpage.html

O13 - DefaultPrefix:
O13 - WWW Prefix:
O13 - Home Prefix: c:\searchpage.html?page=
O13 - Mosaic Prefix: c:\searchpage.html?page=

RESTART in SAFE MODE

Find and delete this file or folder if it exists

c:\searchpage.html

In safe mode you may want to do another scan with hijackthis and
remove those entries again if they still exist....

Also try another scan with Adaware and Spybot in Safe Mode
Restart afterwards in Normal mode
Don't open a browser yet, instead access your Internet Options via
Control Panel
Under the Programs tab "Reset Web Settings"
Under the General tab---- Delete cookies and files,including offline content and Reset home page

Post back with a Fresh Hijackthis log when your done and let us know how your doing.....

Oh, and welcome to the boards....

I don't see any Antivirus Software running on your computer
That always makes me nervous, hijackthis does not reveal everything

You may want to do a scan at Housecall's
Set it to Autoclean
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

If you need a Free AV solution you might want to check out AVG anti-virus
Supply them with a legitimate ISP email address
Click on the Download Free Edition at the bottom of the page
Install---Update----Do a Scan
http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

Another good addon to SpywareGuard is SpywareBlaster
It doesn't need to run in the background
Just Download---Install----Check for updates---enable all protection
Check for updates every couple of weeks
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

One added note: To keep your OS up to date and Secure you should also
visit Windows update and get all latest Critical Updates including IE
service packs.....

If, after surfing around for awhile you are still having problems please post back with a Fresh Hijackthis log

Well the only 2 I use are AVG on this computer and Avast on another
Both have free editions
Here's a link to Avast..... I've shut down the Outlook plugin, P2P,
and Instant messaging scanners
I've left on the Email protection....
Check it out, you only need one, both are very good
