Hi guys i was just browsing through google and i found the page in this forum (see title) i would ust like to vioce my opinion on what i think you mean but i couldn't because the post had been locked.

When talking about warez which is the distribution of illegal content (usually copywrited), the term nuked means that and release (pirated material that has become avialible because someone released it on the internet) is not up to "The warez scene's standards" for reasons such as it is not very good quality or someone else has already released it. Site admins nuke the release to get rid rid of any releases that are clogging up the scene and are not worth the download to leechers (people who download all the warez for free without giving anything back) an example of this is

Shrek.2.SVCD.Telesync-POT *Nuked* (because a better version was released by VideoCD, the release was "propered")

I hope this helps but if this is not what you were looking for then just delete my post but i hope this does help. I will not be visiting this forum again but if you want to contact me you can do so on jacketherington@(NO-SPAM)
