Operating System Version:Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version:Outlook Express 6.00

I have been trying to add my second email identity to MS Outlook Express 6.0.  I used to have it working before I had to reformat my computer but now it no longer works.  I always seem to get my mail from my personal account in my family email account.  How do I correct this.  I've gone into Tool/Accounts/Mail tab/add mail...but I get nowhere.  I've even tried removing the accounts...I need help:-\

Thanks for the info...unfortunately Outlook Express is laid out a little differently than Outlook.  I'm almost tempted to change to Outlook but I'm not that familiar with it.

My computer keeps telling me I have 12 message in my mail box but when I go to look I can't actually see them.  I think they are in my personal account but I just can't seem to access it.  My family account name only comes up.

If your second email account is active and you've configrd Outlook Express correctly with your user ID and Password ,it should work.
I run Outlook Express 6 myself and have 4 mail accounts and thay all work fine.I would doulble chk my settings again...other than that maybe someone else might have something to say about.

To add a new identity-----open up Outlook Express

Click on File at the top
Then Identities---Add new identity

You will then have to setup your mail account
