I don't recognize this running process, do you know what it is
Could you navigate to this file and right click on it----properties---
version

C:\WINDOWS\System32\t0843m_T.exe <----this file

It may have hidden attributes---this is how to show hidden files and folders
Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

We'll leave that file alone right now
Find out what you can about it or what it's related too.

Download Ad-Aware it's another good spyware checker
Install it----CHECK FOR UPDATES---download
http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10045910.html?part=69274&subj=dlpage&tag=button

Disconnnect from the Net

Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries and then FIX CHECKED when
ALL other windows are closed(including this one)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [t0843m_T] C:\WINDOWS\System32\t0843m_T.exe
If you don't know what it is, we'll see if we can stop it from running
for now, if you know what it is you can leave it alone

RESTART your computer------again don't connect to the internet
Open Ad-Aware and set these options(Ensure that you previously updated)
 Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Scanning Engine:
check: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Cleaning Engine:
Check: "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."

Press "Scan Now"

- Check option "Use Custom scanning options"
- Check option "Activate In-Depth Scan"
- Press "Select drives\folders to scan"
- Select the active partition which is usually C:

Now press "Next" to let Ad-aware scan your drives...
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys.
Right-click in that pane and choose "select all"

Now press "Next" again.
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.
