Not clean at all, some entries I suspect to be bad, I'll bold them
and we'll deal with them later, you have some work to do....

Create a permanent folder for Hijackthis (backups will be stored there instead of All over you desktop)
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---Copy and paste hijackthis
from the desktop to that new folder and delete the original

First could you please download this and save it in a convenient location....
http://cexx.org/LSPFix.exe
We probably won't need it, but if we do, you have it.....

Next, you appear to have the Free version of Kazaa and all of it's
spyware that comes with it..... I can find you another version later.
Spyware-free.......Let's get you clean first
Also download this utility that will rid you of Kazaa and all of it's
addons---save it again, we'll run it later
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/kazaabegone.zip

Download Ad-Aware
Install it---CHECK FOR UPATES
We'll run this later

Set Windows to Show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Enter your Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del)
End process on these if still running

wuamgrd.exe
dmrss.exe
P2P Networking.exe
Points Manager.exe
asm.exe
Also ensure Kazaa is not running by your system clock

Enter your Add/Remove Programs via Control Panel and Remove any of these found:
Kazaa Media Desktop
Altnet Peers Point Manager
P2P Networking
My Search Bar
MyWay Speed Bar
My Web Search Bar
Fun Web Products Easy Installer

RESTART your computer back in Safe Mode if required, and end process
on those above that remain

Do another Scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries and then FIX CHECKED when
ALL other windows are closed(including this one)

O2 - BHO: myBar BHO - {0494D0D1-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wuamgrd.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DSService] dmrss.exe
Let's see if we can stop it from running, unless you know what it is.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KAZAA] C:\Program Files\Kazaa\Kazaa.exe /SYSTRAY

O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF} (Web P2P Installer) -

Before Restarting back in Normal mode, could you please find these files or folders and delete them

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wuamgrd.exe <---the wuamgrd.exe file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\syshost.exe <--this file (NOTICE the SPELLING--DO NOT remove svchost)

RESTART your computer in Normal Mode

Next would you please run Kazaabegone to ensure of it's removal
If you have no Internet connection after ( I am just assuming the worst, this will not probably happen)
Can you run LSP fix----Double Click to Run and Click Finish (Don't check I know what I'm doing) Only run this if you have to...
RESTART your computer again......

Next could you run Spybot
and then run Ad-Aware and set these options
click the gear wheel at the top and check these options:

General> activate these: "Automatically save log-file" and "Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal"

Scanning > activate these: "Scan within archives", "Scan active processes", "Scan registry", "Deep scan registry", "Scan my IE Favorites for banned sites" and "Scan my Hosts file"

Tweaks > Scanning Engine> activate this: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

Tweaks > Cleaning Engine: activate these: "Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion" and "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."

Click "Proceed" to save your settings, then click "Start", make sure "Activate in-depth scan" is ticked green then scan your system. When the scan is finished, the screen will tell you if anything has been found, click "Next". The bad files will be listed, right click the pane and click "Select all objects" - this will put a check mark in the box at the side, click "Next" again and click "OK" at the prompt "# objects will be removed. Continue?".

RESTART again and go to Housecalls and do an Online virus Scan
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Set to Autoclean, or delete what it can't fix.......

Post back with a Fresh Hijackthis log and let me know how your doing
I won't be back on till Sunday after tonight, if your still around I would like to see a new log and get the remainders......
