PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:

Apologies in advance for this, as I know it's been the subject ofmany threads on here recently.
I've tried taking the advice given out on some of the other threads but mypoiskovik has always returned. I'd really appreciate some help on this, as it's driving me nuts.

I tried following a couple more sets of instructions on its removal, but still it keeps coming back. I've no idea what its source file might be, anyone?
