PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:  WINDOWS XP
Problem Application Name & Version: FROM CONTROL PANEL, ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS OPTION, UNABLE TO REMOVE THE SOFTWARE NAME
Problem Hardware Make & Model: DELL 2240
Error Messages: COULD NOT OPEN INSTALL.LOG FILE

Hi,

Installed the following codec from downloads area
MPEG LAYER3 CODEC FHG-RADIUM V1.263 and
PINNACLE MPEG REALTIME CODEC.
After Installation, when I tried to uninstall, it started uninstalling and stopped half way. It happened again and again. So I deleted the directory and started uninstall again. The following message still keeps appearing. Is there any way to remove this program from my computer and from the Program list in the add or remove programs.
Appreciate your help in this matter. Please email your soultions to village_pointe@hotmail.com
